Our consulting services focus on building a culture of leadership through the implementation of a structure that supports change, organizational development initiatives, and employee development. Our aim is to support the design of a culture and climate that fosters leadership in all associates and encourages employee engagement, performance, innovation and allows for communication and participation at all levels of the organization.
Training & Development
We offer customized training on a variety of topics all meant to build a healthier workplace. All training is facilitated to elicit participation from group members to make learning more practical and less theoretical. Group training is designed to ensure participants apply real-time solutions to issues facing the industry, organization, or department. Large group training seminars can be developed and co-facilitated with organizational leadership.
Leadership & Executive Coaching
Executive and Leadership coaching is developed for professionals moving into leadership roles, or for experienced leadership and management including C-level executives. Coaching works in conjunction with consulting to support an overall strategy to transform the organizations’ culture. Coaching offered through our business services includes written monthly evaluations of the progress made with the executive and may include a 360 evaluation. In addition, this requires a 3-month commitment from the organization and the client.
